Well I guess all those cookies I’ve been baking and and the Blondie I was stacking up in the freezer to ship out to you two I’ll have to eat myself!! All kidding aside… I’m impressed with your goals and I wish I had that much willpower. Even though you don’t look like you need to lose weight, I’m sure you can reach your objectives.Good luck and enjoy your workouts.

Hooray! Now I will have someone to run with when I come to see you. Can you get up to 10 miles by Sept. 4? We did 8 miles today and it was great. I know you can do it…because if I can, anyone can!

Wow, the detour Kathy sent yous on looked like oodles of fun, almost looked like a road they were just developing, not to mention pouring rain on top of it. You’s might want to have a little chat with Kathy about her directions
Glad to hear you made it safely to Regina.
Nothing exciting happening here, Meghan left for Duluth Friday morning with Mary, and Dad went to Paskaskan last night with Bruce. So it is just me, Elizabeth and Diesel. Oh wait I am doing laundry, hmm never mind I guess that does not qualify as exciting.
Anyways glad that you are doing a blog Eric, I will look forward to hearing about the adventures every day of Eric The Great and Ryan The Brave, (don’t ask, I have completely lost it I guess, yes yes I know some would say I already had) Anyhow I shall shut up now, and talk to yous later.
